Ryan Dunlavey: Illustator & Cartoonist

I'm a seasoned illustrator, designer, cartoonist, author and all-around creative person with a primary specialty in creating comic books and graphic novels and have won multiple awards for the non-fiction comics I've co-created with writer Fred Van Lente. .

It's very trendy for professionals of all kinds to present themselves as "storytellers" but I really am one! I'm agile and adaptable to all professional settings with hands-on experience in television, film, animation, fashion, publishing, toy design, journalism, tech, advertising, corporate and private enterprise. I've been the creative lead on dozens of projects - organizing the schedule, setting expectations and keeping everything running smoothly, all while also drawing the entire project myself. I've worked for agencies, corporate clients, non-profits, startups and private individuals. I have I take great pride at being a native computer graphics expert - professionally skilled in digital illustration, animation, design, typography, publishing, and pre-press production.
